🔎 What will you do?

✔ Lead and coordinate the global industrial cost controlling function ✔ Drive cost optimization and margin improvement across multiple plants ✔ Analyze variances, standard costs, and inventory valuation ✔ Partner with Operations to boost efficiency and financial visibility ✔ Implement KPIs, reporting tools, and best practices across the Group ✔ Support and mentor local plant controllers internationally

🎯 What you bring

✨ 10+ years in industrial cost controlling within a multinational environment ✨ Strong expertise in manufacturing processes & cost accounting ✨ Experience managing or coordinating international teams ✨ Advanced Excel + ERP (SAP preferred) ✨ Fluent English and willingness to travel ✨ A proactive, hands‑on, results‑driven mindset
