🛠️ We’re hiring a Point‑of‑Sale Area Manager

Regions: Basque Country, Cantabria, Navarra, Burgos, Soria, Valladolid, Palencia & La Rioja

If you enjoy being close to the store floor, optimising product visibility and driving commercial performance in DIY retail, this role is made for you.

🔎 Your mission Strengthen our brand presence and boost product sales across GGSS stores in your assigned regions, ensuring flawless execution and strong collaboration with store teams.

🎯 Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Sales Plan for your area and ensure proper implementation of agreements with the Central Purchasing Office.

• Monitor product listings, displays, in‑store communication, stock levels and new product introductions.

• Negotiate prime locations (shelves, checkout ends, promotional areas…) and promotional actions.

• Manage logistics, quality and administrative incidents with stores.

• Train and support store sales teams.

• Analyse and report market insights: competitors, operators, trends and opportunities.

🤝 Your ecosystem You’ll work closely with store managers, section leaders, sales teams and other key players in the DIY retail environment.

🎓 Education University studies are valued.

💼 Experience At least 2 years in the DIY channel (GGSS or similar retail environments).
