🌍 Commercial Promoter Madrid | Field-Based Role
📌 About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Promoter to drive product specification and promotion across the Madrid region. This is a great opportunity for professionals who enjoy building strong relationships within architecture, construction, and hospitality sectors, contributing to the growth of the brand in a high-potential market.
 
 
🔎 Key Responsibilities
 
🏗️ Develop specification-driven commercial activity in the Madrid area.
🤝 Promote products to architecture firms, interior designers, contractors, developers, and hospitality sector.
📊 Identify and manage project and construction opportunities.
🚗 Conduct regular client visits to acquire and retain customers.
🧩 Provide technical advice on product solutions and applications.
📈 Monitor projects from early stages through execution.
🔄 Coordinate with commercial and technical teams to ensure project success.
📝 Report commercial activity, pipeline, and regional performance.
🎤 Participate in sector events, trade fairs, and presentations.
📍 Ensure strong brand presence in a strategic high-growth area.
 
 
🤝 Internal & External Relationships
 
Collaboration with sales, technical, marketing, logistics, and commercial management teams.
Close interaction with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, hospitality companies, and other key stakeholders.
 
🎓 What We’re Looking For
 
Degree or vocational training in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or similar.
Business-related background will be considered if combined with technical experience.
2–5 years of experience in commercial specification, B2B consultative sales, or related sectors.
Knowledge of the Madrid market.
Experience managing projects and construction follow-up.
