At Roca Group, we are strengthening our Sustainability team and looking for a passionate and detail‑oriented ESG Reporting Specialist to elevate our non‑financial reporting and drive continuous improvement across our ESG performance.

✨ What you’ll do

• Coordinate ESG data collection across teams and geographies

• Ensure high‑quality, consistent, and traceable sustainability information

• Support our Sustainability Report and other non‑financial disclosures

• Work with leading frameworks: ESRS, CSRD, GRI, TCFD, EU Taxonomy

• Manage ESG questionnaires, client requests, and external ratings (incl. EcoVadis)

• Collaborate on double materiality, dashboards, LCA/EPD projects, and ESG risk analysis

• Identify opportunities to digitalize and automate reporting processes

🎯 What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in sustainability reporting or ESG consulting

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Solid knowledge of ESG standards and regulatory frameworks

• Advanced Excel skills; BI tools are a plus

• High level of English

• Experience with CSRD/ESRS implementation or external assurance is highly valued
