You’ll play a key role in shaping and enhancing our HR applications ecosystem, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Your responsibilities will include:

🔧 Implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) ⏱️ Leading global Time Management configuration and maintenance:

• Time Off

• Time Sheet

• Time Tracking 🇪🇸 Adapting EC Time Management to Spanish legal and organizational requirements 🔗 Managing integrations through Integration Center 📊 Building reports, analyses, and dashboards in People Analytics 🧩 Running workshops with stakeholders to gather functional requirements 📝 Documenting processes, configurations, and functional decisions clearly and thoroughly

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔️ Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) ✔️ Strong hands‑on experience in global Time Management (Time Off, Time Sheet, Time Tracking) ✔️ Experience with EC Time Management for Spain (highly valued) ✔️ Knowledge of People Analytics ✔️ Proficiency with Integration Center ✔️ Fluent English, especially spoken ✔️ A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong customer focus
