🌍 Corporate Supplier Quality Manager – Global Scope | Hybrid Work Model
 
📌 About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Supplier Quality Manager to shape and lead the global supplier quality strategy at Roca Group. You will play a pivotal role ensuring our extensive supplier network delivers products that meet and exceed the highest standards, supporting our vision of operational excellence and innovation worldwide.
 
🔎 Key Responsibilities
 
🗺️ Design and implement a standardized Supplier Quality Management (SQM) process across all regions and business units.
🤝 Partner with Procurement to embed quality requirements in sourcing and supplier contracts, aligning commercial agreements with quality expectations.
🧪 Lead global supplier audits and qualification, ensuring risk-based methodologies and best practices are deployed.
📈 Develop supplier maturity models and drive improvement programs for strategic and underperforming suppliers.
🚨 Own the supplier complaint and escalation process, ensuring robust root cause analysis and sustainable issue resolution.
🏭 Oversee OEM/ODM supplier quality management, integrating outsourced manufacturing into Roca’s quality framework.
📊 Define and manage supplier KPIs and scorecards (defects, audit results, Cost of Poor Quality, delivery).
🛡️ Lead supplier-related risk management, ensuring compliance with Roca and international standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
🌱 Build supplier quality capabilities globally, supporting upskilling and alignment across regions and plants.
 
🤝 Internal & External Relationships

Work closely with the Corporate Quality Director, Procurement teams, Regional and Plant Quality Managers, as well as strategic suppliers worldwide.
 
🎓 What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience (8–12+ years) in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality within global, multi-site organizations.
Proven expertise in supplier audits, root cause analysis, KPI management, and supplier development.
Experience in OEM/ODM environments is highly valued.
Strong leadership, influencing, and intercultural communication skills.
Structured, analytical mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
English: Fluent. Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
